324 SONGS!

I’ve got 324 songs on my playlist. If I hear one I love, I add it. Sometimes I ask people their favorite song - then add it, so I don’t forget them.

Occasionally, I delete one - In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida - too long. Hated it. Gone.

I’ve also shuffled off entire groups of songs - especially the sad, emotionally heavy ones - to their own playlists. I can’t be tearing up at the dentist. “Don’t mind me, just a playlist meltdown.” Super silly!

Music hits me hard - memories, moods, all of it. I’m always listening - at home, in the car, on walks, trying to fall asleep, psyching myself up. No offense to my friends or family, but honestly…music (and dogs – but that’s a whole other story) is my main emotional support system.
