Dec. 6 – Lasagna!

Everybody needs to eat and we all like a home-cooked meal!  Make somebody a lasagna.  Well, it doesn’t have to be lasagna – that’s just my specialty.  You can make anything you want.  My mom makes a killer chicken soup.  Buy some of those nice glass containers with the snap lids (like Pyrex), so they can be put in the oven (not the lids), and then they can be used again and again.  Make the lasagna – any kind you want.  I invented “cabagna.”  It’s a vegetarian lasagna, made with cabbage leaves instead of regular noodles.  Anyway, one lasagna will make about 8 portions, so if you are going to go through all the effort to make one, you might as well make two.  Freeze each portion individually and add the cooking instructions on painter’s tape on top.  I’ve tried Post-it’s.  They just fall off.  I rather somebody give me this than a new car…well maybe not a new car…but almost!
