Gaining weight is just as hard—maybe even harder—than losing it.
People love to say, “You’re lucky” or “Must be nice” when you’re trying to gain weight. Honestly? I’d never say that to someone trying to lose weight - though maybe I should. I doubt they get those kinds of “positive” (but dismissive) comments too often.
Sure, it’s a simple equation: eat more calories than you burn.But eating a lot – eating “clean” – and eating consistently? That’s expensive!
